UK Racketlon

Written by James Pope

After a fantastic weekend at the British Championships (report here), we are delighted to announce that not one, not two, but three tournaments will be open for entry later today (Thursday 14th April), tomorrow could be a very Good Friday if you get your entries in for one or all of the Oakham Open (22nd May), Durham Open (26th June) and/or Yorkshire Open (3rd July)

Oakham Open - Sunday 22nd May 2022

A first visit to Oakham for the UK Tour as Susie Dilloway hosts her first event at the Uppingham Sports Centre. Entry for this event opens here on Tournament Software at 5pm on Thursday 14th April.

Durham Open - Sunday 26th June 2022

Another first visit, this time to Durham, as another first time Tournament Director as Matthew Page welcomes us to Durham.  Played at the Graham Sports Centre, this tournament represents the first of two visits to the North East this season. Entry is on Tournament Software here and opens 5pm on Thursday 14th April.  With York a week later, this represents something of a Northern Swing on the UK Tour!

Yorkshire Open - Sunday 3rd July 2022

Entry is already open for the 5th Yorkshire Open, with Sam Barker once again in the hot seat as Tournament Director.  In 2021, this event was our return to Racketlon, but returns to a mid-point of the Tour in 2022.  This event has always been popular with great facilities at the University of York and a well connected position making it a tournament that draws people from far and wide! Entry is open now on Tournament software here

Remember as ever, all players are welcome at all events and entry is on a first come first served basis.  Should entry fill, please contact the Tournament Director to ask about the reserve list.
